When will my reading be delivered?

Unless you booked a rush reading, they can take up to a month. Jen works through readings in the order they are received. If you should have questions about your booking please use the contact form on this website.

*** Please do not reach out in the comments section of YouTube, it is likely that we could miss your comment. So this is the least effective way to check on the status of your reading.****

How will I receive my reading?

It will be delivered to the email that you use at the time of booking. If your email should change please email us at sustainu@gmail.com with the correct email address.

In what format will I receive my reading?

It will be an unlisted YouTube video that no one can view but you. If you would like your video delivered in some other way, please let Jen and her team know.

Are readings refundable?

No, once you receive your reading it is non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel a reading, Jen will issue a refund as long as she hasn't created your video.

I can’t book a reading through the Website?

Some Country Codes are not compatible with Square the system that powers www.earth-5d.com. If you are unable to book a reading through the Website, you can use this PayPal link to pay directly: https://paypal.me/earth5d and Jen and her team will book it for you.

What if my reading is taking longer than estimated?

Please be patient and remember this is a spiritual service and Jen leverages divine timing. Feel free to email Jen and team to check for the status of your video. You can trust you will receive your reading exactly when you need it, but on rare occasions accidents do occur.

What is the philosophy of Earh-5D?

We believe in the expansiveness of your journey here on earth and when you connect to source energy and your higher-power, than you can live in freedom, sovereignty and love.

If this is not your philosophy we advise you find another reader that better suits your belief systems.
